    We offer entrepreneurs in the Netherlands (and beyond) premium legal assistance. We do this both in the amicable process (out-of-court), but also in procedures (in court). Legal assistance can be obtained by purchasing a package (ZZP Lite, ZZP Basic, Premium, Premium Plus or Enterprise).

    In addition, it is also possible on the basis of one-off assistance at a fixed hourly rate or pre-agreed (total) price. Since 2023 you can also put together a package yourself based on modules.

  • What is the difference between voorzzp.nl and voorondernemers.nl?

    RechtsbijstandvoorZZP.nl:
    The focus is on the small self-employed person. The packages are smaller and aimed at entrepreneurs with lower risk and rarely legal work. Many extras that are available at Rechtbijstandvoorondernemers.nl are not included at Rechtbijstandvoorzzp.nl. Entry-level packages are available from €465 per year.

    Rechtsbijstandvoorondernmers.nl:
    The packages are more complete, more specific and include numerous extras for entrepreneurs. Furthermore, they are more intended for entrepreneurs who have existed longer and have a larger customer base and therefore automatically run more legal risks. These are complete packages that take care of all the legal work. The packages are available from 1050 per year. You can also choose to put it together yourself from: 225 per year or for one-off assistance..

    The opening hours are: Mon. to Thu. 10:00 AM to 10:00 PMand Fri. 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
    Also open for some packages in the weekend from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

  • Which legal packages can I choose from?

    Our premium legal assistance is available in several variants, namely: ZZP Lite, ZZP Basic, Premium, dePremium Plus and the Enterprise package. Depending on your wishes, legal form and desired legal areas, a package will suit you.

    As a rule of thumb, you can assume that for the self-employed person without employees, 'A good basis' will often suffice. Are you an SME or e.g. then at least choose the 'Complete Need' and if you don't want to leave anything to chance, 'Enterprise' is the right choice.

  • What are the costs for legal assistance per year?

    We offer legal assistance in three different package types in the price range from 450.00 per year increasing to 2450.00 per year.

  • What is the hourly rate for one-off legal assistance?

    For one-off services we use an hourly rate between 175 and 275. The hourly rate for one-off assistance depends on the jurisdiction. It is also possible to agree on a fixed price per case, which means that a different hourly rate may apply. You can submit a request via this link then choose the option 'one-off assistance'

  • Can I also use free legal advice?

    An short global intake interview of max. 30 minutes is always free and does not obligate you to anything.

  • Can legal assistance be used for private purposes as well as for business purposes?

    Yes, our business legal assistance can also be used privately for the owner(s) within the jurisdictions of the chosen package.

  • Can I receive a text message from you for a direct debit?

    No, we never send a text message in a debt collection case and/or on behalf of your other party. If we act on behalf of a client, we will write to you by (registered) mail, demand letter and/or by e-mail. Our mail server uses DMARC, SPF and DKIM authentication at all times. We therefore never send you a text message about an outstanding payment. Did you receive a text message after all? Report this to us immediately and preferably contact us by telephone.

  • Does a letter and/or email addressed to me really come from you?

    Letters, e-mails and other procedural documents are provided with a QR code. If you have any doubts about the authenticity of the letter and/or email, it is possible to verify it by scanning the enclosed (unique) code.
