• What are the costs?

  The treatment of an entire case is possible from 1750 euros. This amount is for studying the request for legal assistance, determining your legal position and the. strategy as well as all subsequent steps in the process.

• What is not included?

  Court fees (dutch: griffierecht) and bailiff costs (dutch: gerechtsdeurwaarder) are not included. All other legal costs are included.

• Do you accept every case?

  No, we may refuse a case with reasons. If we refuse a case, you do not have to pay.

• Is my data safe?

  Your data is only sent through our official websites via a secure SSL connection.

• How quickly will I receive an answer?

  We usually schedule the first consultation on the same day or the next day at the latest. In some cases, planning may take a little longer. This can occur, for example, if the case is too complex, additional documents are required and/or the application contains too little information. In the latter case, additional information will be requested.
